TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1 : SURABAYA –  HOTEL/HOMESTAY IN MOUNT BROMO AREA

11.00 : Pick Up Participants In Surabaya (Airport/Hotel/Station), On the first day of the tour, our professional team (guide and driver) will pick you up at Juanda airport/hotel/station in Surabaya to drive to Sukapura area (Bromo area). The journey from Surabaya to Sukapura area takes about 2.5-3 hours.

14.00 : Check In Hotel – Free Program – Rest, Upon arrival in the Sukapura area, you will spend the night at a hotel in the Sukapura area before making the night hike to Mount Bromo. Long enough time for you to enjoy the atmosphere of Bromo around the hotel.

  DAY 2 :  MOUNT BROMO TOUR – ACCOMODATION IN BANYUWANGI CITY

03.00 : Drive To Sunrise Point Penanjakan By Jeep, The Mount Bromo tour will start around 3:00 am (if you come to Mount Bromo on the weekend, we have to start the tour earlier), the jeep will take you to the most famous viewpoint in the Mount Bromo area. That is Penanjakan hill, from this hill we can see the best sunrise in East Java with the background of mountains and volcanoes.

07.00 : Sea Sands & Explore Mount Bromo, Afterward, the jeep will continue your adventure holiday to reach the sea of sands in bromo area area. We will stop at the parking area then you will cross the sea of sands by riding a horse or on foot (it is optional) till reaching the stairs at the slope of Mount Bromo where it will lead you to reach the peak of Mt. Bromo.

09.00 : Back To Hotel – Drive To Surabaya, After completing the climb to the top of Mount Bromo, we will return to the lodge for breakfast and clean up before continuing our journey to Banyuwangi City.

10.00 : Drive To Banyuwangi City – Free Program – Rest, In the afternoon we will drive to Banyuwangi city, this route takes 5-6 hours drive, then we will drive to the hotel and you will spend the night at the hotel before the night climbing Mount Ijen.

  DAY 3 : IJEN BLUE FIRE TOUR – TRANSFER OUT TO BALI ISLAND

00.30 : Drive to Paltuding Area, The third  day of the trip, we will get ready for the Midnight Trip to Mount Ijen to enjoy the most amazing natural phenomenon, Ijen Blue Fire. We will start around 00:30 if you stay in Banyuwangi city, it is about 1 hour drive from Banyuwangi city to paltuding post (parking area). Upon arrival at paltuding post we will take a short break while enjoying warm drinks because the temperature there is quite cold, thick jackets are highly recommended here.

02.00 : Start Tracking Ijen Mountain, Arriving at Paltuding Kawah Ijen, you will need about 1.5-2 hours to climb Kawah Ijen. You will walk for 3 kilometres with uphill and flat tracks. At kilometre 2 you can take a short break at the last post called the circle post. And then we will start climbing again towards the top of Mount Ijen which has an altitude of 2,799 meters above sea level.

03.30 : Explore Blue Fire , To enjoy the blue fire we have to go down with a steep track (it will take half an hour), you have to be more careful and don't forget to use your gas mask, then you will enjoy a natural phenomenon that there are only 2 in the world (Ethiopia & Indonesia), the blue fire of the Ijen crater. After that we will go up again to get ready to enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful turquoise colour of the lake.

06.00 : Hunting Sunrise Ijen Peak, And about 05:30 am, we will go up to the peak of the crater to enjoy the sunrise from above. You will be amazed at the enchanting panorama of Ijen Crater; it has the lake of acid water where the water changes to be turquoise color.​

07.00 : Back To Parking Area, You will be here until 7 am, and go back down to Paltuding parking area then back to our accommodation for having breakfast and clean up.

08.00 : Back To Hotel, Back to the lodge to clean up and have breakfast at the lodge and rest, before in the afternoon we will continue our journey to Bali.  

11.00 : Drive To Bali Island , In the afternoon after lunch (own expense) we will go to Ketapang port Banyuwangi and board the ferry, then cross to Gilimanuk port Bali, the ferry trip takes about 45 minutes - 1 hour. Upon arrival at Gilimanuk harbour, our team will transfer you to your accommodation in Bali Island. TOUR SERVICE ENDS.
