TOUR ITINERARY

DAY 1 : BALI – HOTEL IN BANYUWANGI AREA

09.00 : Pick up participants (hotel/airport), Ijen Blue fire tour from Bali will start at 9.00 AM (Balinese time zone), our staff will pick you up from your hotel in Bali. Then, we will drive to Gilimanuk Ferry Port, which will take about ±5 hours. Afterward, you will take the ferry for about an hour to reach Ketapang Ferry Port.

*Note: Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Jimbaran, Denpasar To Gilimanuk Ferry Port (±4/5 Hours Drive) Lovina (±2 Hours Drive), an​d Pemuteran (± 30 minutes Drive)

14.00 : Lunch – check in hotel – free program , Then, we will escort you to a local restaurant for lunch and then continue our trip to your hotel/homestay in the Banyuwangi area for an enjoyable stay before you do a tour in Ijen Crater on the next morning.

DAY 2 : EXPLORE IJEN BLUE FIRE - DROP of BALI

00.30 : Pick up participants (hotel/station), At about 00:30, our car will bring us to Paltuding (the Parking area before you start the trekking). This journey takes approximately 1 hours from the hotel in Banyuwangi and you will be arriving at the parking area of ijen crater.

02.00 : Start tracking mt.ijen, around 02.00 then you climb around 1H30M to climb the slopes of Mount Ijen to reach the top of Ijen Crater but to see the blue flame we need to climb down the crater for around 30 minutes (sporting and hiking shoes are required).

03.30 : Explore blue fire of ijen crater, When you arrived at the bottom of the crater of Ijen Volcano, you will see the amazing view of the Blue flame, everybody said, it is the only two in the world (only in Ijen crater and Ethiopia).

05.30 : Enjoy the best panorama of the lake, When the sun rises, you will be invited to climb the crater to enjoy the stunning natural scenery with fresh air & shade. Rest on the edge of the crater at an altitude of 2385 meters and enjoy the best panorama of the lake of acid water which reflects the spectacular view in the surrounding walls that gives the impression of doom. The sulfur miners go down into the crater and climb back up by passing a dangerous path on the edge of ijen crater with a load of as much as 80 kilograms on their shoulders, this is a dangerous and hard job. Do not forget to take pictures in this area as proof that you have visited one of the most amazing and dangerous places on earth.

07.00 : Back to parking area & hotels, After enjoying the natural scenery at Crater of Ijen and then descend the slope of Mount Ijen until the vehicle’s parking area where our vehicle is waiting for escorting you to the plantations (coffee and clove). Afterward, we will be back at your hotel in Banyuwangi.

09.00 : Back to parking area & hotels, Afterward, we will be back to the town of Banyuwangi for going back to Hotel and taking breakfast then we will give you time for sleeping for a couple of hours.

11.30 : Drop to Bali Island, And around 11.30 AM we will drive to Ketapang Ferry Port then take a ferry to reach Gilimanuk Ferry Port in the most western tip of Bali Island. Upon arrival at Gilmanuk Ferry port, we will escort you to your hotel in Bali. TOUR’S SERVICES FINISHED
